The hotel's proximity to the Old Town made our exploration effortless, and we appreciated the friendly reception staff who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

The breakfast was plentiful with good food, the food was good.

Spotless and functional rooms with comfortable bed and facilities, marvellous breakfast. Fantastic and stunning location walk from a train station, easy to get around. A good choice of food options not very far from the venue.

Great location near the old town and park, made it super easy to explore. Cleaners did a fab job every day and i got complimentary water, nice. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had plenty of options, even tho the dining area was a bit small. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help out.

The room was kinda small and felt cramped at times. I noticed some noise from the street that could be annoying during the night.

Location is a real strong suit, just a short walk to the Old Town and near the park for peaceful strolls. The breakfast offered delicious snacks but lacked options for those with food intolerances. The noise from the adjacent tram was noticeable especially in the morning, which may affect light sleepers.

I loved the spaciousness of my room. It was large and furnished with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered good scrambled eggs and an array of pastries, ensuring a scrumptious start to each day. Plus, the location was stellar, just a short stroll to the Old Town and all the action!

The room provided decent air conditioning, which could be a lifesaver during the hot days of summer. Wi-Fi connectivity ran smoothly was good.

Noise levels from the street and the tram nearby could easily disrupt your peace, especially when those bright morning lights sneak in due to the lack of blackout curtains. Rooms felt quite small, and the breakfast lacked variety, with just the basics on offer-no exotic dishes to experience. Some bathrooms had issues with plumbing noises that might make you rethink how long you linger in the shower.

The room sizes felt tight, especially for maneuvering around the bed, which might not suit everyone's taste. I also faced some noise issues from adjacent rooms, especially when other guests were getting ready or moving about. The breakfast lacked a bit in variety. Not much beyond the basics and felt rushed towards the end of service. I noticed a strong initial odor coming from the plumbing, less than cute upon entry. The TV reception was spotty at best-limited channels made winding down a touch frustrating. Finally, I could hear street noise, tricky to catch some good rest later in the evening.

Room was clean and quiet. I was pleased with the air conditioning and the great breakfast options. The reception staff were friendly, but the breakfast area felt cramped during busy hours.

the hotel's awesome breakfast and its proximity to the vibrant rynek glowny central square made each morning a joy, allowing me to indulge and then easily stroll to nearby gems like st mary's basilica and the charming krakow historical museum.

This place is nice and pretty tidy. the staff are really helpful and the location is awesome, super close to the old town. the food here is pretty good and there's also a cool cocktail bar nearby 🍹.

Reasonably clean, excellent central hotel

I truly enjoyed spotless and air-conditioned rooms. Affable staff. - the breakfast was marvelous with good food. - the location was fantastic and amazing, close to the train station. - Cafe Milkbar Tomasza located 1 km away was a nice surprise
